Welcome to our home nestled in beautiful East Texas in the city of Emory. We are located one mile north of the county square across the street from the Post Office on Highway 19 (Texas Street).
We are a quality lifestyle nursing facility that is privately owned and operated. We provide skilled nursing, short and long-term rehabilitation. Rehabilitation
We offer a full range of therapy programs in house. These include: Physical, Occupational and Speech therapies. Our residents are provided with the disciplines they need to help them reach their rehab goals and design restoration programs to allow each of them to attain higher levels of functioning and enhance their daily life. We also provide home-like rooms for those residents utilizing their Medicare Part A benefits for short term goals.
The goal of an individualized rehabilitation programs is to help the resident obtain an optimal level of functioning physically, socially and psychologically so they can return to their daily living activities.
